Installation Terms for Giveaway Winner:

• Must be in a flat area of the yard 
• Must have skid loader access to work area
• Firepit and bench not include
• Installation agreement must be signed by all parties
• Turf damaged areas will be repaired with seed 
• If a retaining wall is needed, property owner is responsible for additional material needed and installation price 
• Pre-installation site visit will be required to determine site conditions/eligibility
• The property owner must allow The Outdoor Living Company to take photos and videos before, during and after installation of project area, it’s surroundings, and any people involved with project.
